    How do I make a reservation?
  • A:
    You must fill out an Application Form and make a payment to reserve a tour, except for a customized tour. Reservations cannot be made over the telephone, nor can we hold spaces without the application form and payment.
    Once the payment is succeeded you will receive a confirmation email, including a voucher, a tour itinerary, and receipt of the payment.

    What if I need to cancel my tour?
  • A:
    You may cancel your order through your account with 7 days’ notice prior to the Event, as described at the time of booking. An order cancelled with the required notice will be refunded to the credit card you used for such order after deducting the necessary handling charge.
    If your booking is cancelled due to reasons attributable to us, we will inform you of such cancellation and provide you with a full refund to the credit card you used for the booking.

    What’s included in the price of myTaiwantour.com tours?

    Accommodation and meals as per each individual tour itinerary. Sightseeing and admission fees as shown on each tour itinerary.

    What is a Customized tour?
  • A:
    A customized tour is on a specific itinerary according to what you really want. All customized tours have exclusive use of a myTaiwantour.com Tour Guide and Driver. All of our customized prices are quoted on a NET, non-commissionable, per person price.

    How long will it take to get a customized tour quote?
  • A:
    Once you fill out the form on our website, depending on the time of year and extent of your travel plans it may take as little as 1 day to get a complete proposal back to you.

    What happens to my money when my tour advised non-operative?
  • A:
    In most instances, if not all, myTaiwantour.com will provide our alternative offer in tour departure date, or tours that are fairly similar in duration or itinerary. In the event, alternative offers are not acceptable, we will refund all the money paid in advance for your tour.

    What’s the main difference between the Flashpacking, Classic, and Luxury package?

    MyTaiwantour.com offers three styles to travel: Flashpacking, Classic and Luxury. There are differences in terms of the size of group, accommodation, meals and exclusive visiting spots.

    How many people will be on the tour with me?
  • A:
    That depends on what kind of tour style you are choosing. For the Flashpacking package, we will keep the size of the group to no more than 14 people. For the Classic Package, there will be no more than 7 persons per group. For the Luxury Package, whether your party has 2, or 3, or 7 people, you will not be grouped with other guests. This is a completely private experience with your family orfriends.

    How much free time will I have?
  • A:
    We design our trips so that you will enjoy your time the most. Additional to the tour itinerary, you can venture off on your own during the trip.

    What are optional activities?

    Each tour you book is all activities included, and there is no extra fee except for your own expenses.
